A Look Back At 2007

It's 9.52 pm on the 31st of December 2007..
As the clock strikes twelve tonight,it'll be the end of surprisingly 12 months, which makes that a year of course..Duh..
It'll be a beginning of something new.The year 2008 awaits.I don't apply feng shui in my life, but according to many feng shui and astrology masters, the year 2008 will be a year as tough as this present one.I hope it'll be a great year of peace and disease-free problems.God bless everyone. =)
As i turn back and looked at what I've gone through in the past 12 months,I found bitterness, sweet memories, and tough situations that weren't really that pleasant.I started the year with self-grown confidence but my naive perception of things just made things tough for me.Majority of the ordeal came from school. You know..
When someones self-esteem is kinda low,it makes things hard for them..real hard..Eugene was always an optimistic guy.So he was thinking why the hell can't he get pass this.I was to blame partly for this matter.Eugene just didn't get it.How things work here and there
I did not understand some of the facts. It was a really hard time for me right then. But Eugene dug up the courage and faced it with pride and dignity. As time passed by,it worked out well.I had became what i want and i was damn sure i was happy with it.
But what is done can't be undone. So I had to face the consequences really in the end.I tried my very best. But in the end i did not prevail."It's all or nothing if you can't make the shot" Nathan Scott said.Lucas fails to make the final three-pointer."We tried our best.No regrets" Nathan Scott said.
No regrets it is.This year has really been a hell of a roller coaster ride.I was like a guy trapped in quicksand.Wondering what to do.
Every move i make could be fatal.I'm really happy that it happened though.Lessons learnt. No regrets.
A new year is approaching.God bless everyone and this new year.
Happy New Year =)

“Regret comes in all shapes and sizes. Some are small like when we do a bad thing for a good reason. Some are bigger like when you let down a friend. Some of us escape the pain of regret by making the right choice. Some of us have little time for regret because we're looking forward to the future. Sometimes we have to fight to come to terms with the past, and sometimes we bury our regret by promising to change your own ways. But, our biggest regrets are not for the things we did -- but, for the things we didn't do. Things we didn't say that could've save someone that we care about. Especially when we can see the dark storm that's headed their way.”

“There are moments in our lives when we find ourselves at a crossroads; afraid, confused, without a road map. The choices we make in those moments will define us for the rest of our days. Of course, when faced with the unknown, most of us prefer to turn around and go back. But once in a while people push onto something better. Something found just beyond the pain of going it alone, and just beyond the bravery and courage it takes to let someone in, or to give someone a second chance. Something beyond the quiet persistence of a dream. Because it's only when you're tested that you discover who you truly are. And it's only when you're tested that you discover who you can be. The person you want to be does exist, somewhere on the other side of hard work, faith and belief. And beyond the heartache and fear of what lies ahead.”
